Nauset Beach House is 2 houses combined. A fully remodeled beach cottage AND a new large addition for a total of 3,800 sq ft. This offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths ( plus a great outdoor shower), 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and multiple large dining areas. Plus the full basement rec room. This gives everyone plenty of space to spread out!
The attached 800 sq. ft. cottage has a pretty twin bedroom, full bath, granite topped kitchenette & seating area, plus a living room/dining room. This open concept room can also be used as a 5th bedroom as there is a comfy daybed and a new high-quality memory foam queen size sofa bed in addition to the dining table, game cupboard and armoires. The houses are linked by an inviting hallway & French doors and there are private outside entrances also. The main house and the cottage are always rented to the same group.
Inside the main house, the open concept/great room is 880sq ft with 28 windows. There is a modern kitchen with a granite island that seats 5, a big dining table for 8-10 and a large living room with 2 new Sunbrella sofas, multiple chairs, love seat, 55" LED HDTV, Comcast cable, hgih-speed WIFI, etc.

When not at the beach, many of our guests love hanging out on any of the four furnished decks, enjoying ping pong or pool in the rec room, reclining in the shady hammock or playing games such as croquet and ball games out on the spacious lawn.
Feel free to bring or rent small boats/kayaks for easy launching as our large, private lot has ample parking. The boat launching area into thousands of acres of the Nauset harbor and marsh system is only about 200 feet from the end of the driveway. The calm water is also a favorite place for kayakers and standup paddle boarders, which can be rented by the half or full day in Orleans.

The house is built of natural woods and is low allergy/non-toxic, as are our cleaning products. Our gardens and lawns are all organic and chemical free.
The unusually well-equipped kitchen is convenient for multiple cooks and there is also an outdoor gas BBQ. Of course there are also washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, high chair, booster seat, a baby gate, etc.
