The most obvious amenity of this vacation property is its location near Nauset Inlet/Harbor and beautiful Nauset beach! That said, we also take great pride in keeping Nauset Beach House exceptionally well-equipped! Besides having a 2nd living/dining room, there are also 2 kitchens! For your comfort and enjoyment, there is a new Kitchenaid induction range, 2 refrigerators, quiet Bosch dishwasher, 2 microwaves, 2 blenders, 2 coffee makers, a French press & coffee grinder, Nespresso machine, 2 toasters, 2 toaster ovens, quality Henkel knives, popcorn popper, lobster & pasta pots, waffle iron, griddles, and many pots, pans, baking & serving dishes, utensils, etc. We also provide 2 high chairs & 2 booster seats. And outdoors, a new Weber gas BBQ grill. Everything but the food to feed a group....

On the 2nd floor of the main house, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both queen bedrooms have water views, one has a private bath; the other, a furnished walk out water view deck. There is also a comfy, nautically themed 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and a single twin that sleeps 3. Inside that closet are 2 Pack N Plays, diaper pail, etc. Both upstairs baths are spacious with full tub/showers and double Corian sinks, custom maple cabinetry, etc.

On the 4 decks/porches there are numerous tables, chairs and lounges. The top floor spiral staircase observation deck has great Nauset water views with beautiful sunsets. It's high perch is ideal for watching the tides come in and boats go by, and at night, the sweep of the Nauset Lighthouse and many stars.
In the basement rec room, we offer ping pong and pool tables, sofas to relax in while cheering the action, plus the washer/ new dryer/ iron and board. For outdoor fun we have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, cute red wagon and 3 coolers.
No need for you to pack so much stuff when it is provided here!
Also, there are multiple cubbies full of games, toys and books, 450 DVDS, Comcast cable, a 55" LED HDTV, Roku stick for streaming, high-speed WIFI and many other items to enhance your Cape Cod vacation.
