If you already know of a week that works for your group, please let us know early so as to avoid disappointment.  We generally book up 100% between Memorial weekend through September/early October.  There is a one week minimum, Saturday to Saturday rentals only.  (Mid-October thru April is usually rented to long-term winter tenants, but if you would like a month's or longer rental during this period, please inquire.)  To book, either fill in and send us the form below, or book through Weneedavacation.com by clicking here.  There is no charge to you for booking through this site!

The rental rate in July and August is $8,500 per week plus cleaning fee of $350 for up to 12 guests. For more than 12 add $100 per person.   Rates in June, September, and October are much lower.

There is now a Massachusetts Vacation Rental tax of 14.5 %.

Check in is now 4pm (to allow for more thorough cleaning between guests) and check out is 10am on the following Saturday. The cleaning fee is $350 and the crew works between 10-4pm during Saturday changeovers.
